These services include obtaining all the permits for pipeline crossings of roads and railroads and for entrance pads (driveways) for pipeline access and access roads. An example of this type work is the work done for the Empire Connector Project in New York. On that project, EN Engineering acquired all road and driveway permits from the Federal, State, County, Municipal, and local agencies. EN Engineering also obtained all railroad permits for the project from the railroads crossed. EN Engineering has also provided permit services through subcontractors, where all permits required for a project were obtained. This included Corp of Engineers’ permits, environmental permits, water acquisition and discharge permits, and all other permits required to construct a pipeline. © EN Engineering
