Williams Transco, Rockies Connector Project - Pennnsylvania Provide detailed engineering design and project management for a project consisting of 130 miles of new 30” natural gas pipeline and related meter stations and interconnects. Wisconsin Public Service, Guardian II Laterals - Wisconsin Designed 56 miles of 12”, 14”, 16”, and 20” pipeline for four laterals extending from a pipeline to existing and new stations. The project included material specifications, engineering design, survey, construction oversight, and inspection services. Wisconsin Public Service, Guardian II Meter Stations - Wisconsin Provided engineering design, procurement services and support, and construction management for 5 new meter stations, 5 new regulating stations, and the modification of 7 existing stations on high pressure transmission and distribution pipeline. Ozark Gas Transmission, East End Expansion - Arkansas and Mississippi Detailed engineering design and project management to support the FERC Filing for a project consisting of 226 miles of new 36” natural gas pipeline, five custody transfer meter stations, and 3 compressor stations. The project was postponed and has not been constructed. Southern Star, Ozark Trails Project - Missouri and Kansas Provide detailed design consisting of the following: uprating of 13.5 miles of 20” pipeline, installation of a 20” launcher and receiver, installation of two regulator stations; looping of 1 mile of 20” pipeline and relocation of regulator station; relocation of 1,500 feet of 16” pipeline; removal of 1 mile of 8” pipeline and replacement with 16” pipeline. Horizon Pipeline, Joint Venture Pipeline for Nicor and Kinder Morgan - Illinois Completed the detailed engineering design, procurement, and project management for a gas pipeline expansion project. The project consisted of 28 miles of 36” pipeline, 5 custody transfer measurement facilities including ultrasonic meters, EFM equipment, pressure regulators, line heaters, and gas quality monitoring equipment. ENE also supplied support for the customer FERC filings, public hearings, and county permitting Alliant Energy, PIEC Pipeline and Meter Station - Iowa Detailed engineering design and project management of a gas pipeline to interconnect two transmission pipelines to a multi-unit gas turbine driven electric generating plant. The facilities included 13 miles of 20” pipeline, one meter and regulator station, two regulator interconnect stations, and odorization facilities. Facilities also included the design and project management of 13 miles of 16” HDPE cooling water lines for the generating plant. Scope of services consisted of engineering design and drafting, material specification, and construction management. MidAmerican Energy, Greater Des Moines Energy Center Project - Iowa Detailed design and project management of a gas pipeline connecting a gas transmission line to two multi-unit gas turbine driven electric generating plants. The facilities included 13 miles of 16” pipeline, a pipeline interconnection station, odorization facilities, and two delivery regulator stations. Williams Northwest Pipeline, Starkey Gulch Interconnect Facilities - Colorado Provide detailed design, material specification, and material lists for a meter/regulator station sized to measure and regulate 750 MMSCF/D at a design pressure of 1440 psig. Facilities included a single 16” ultrasonic meter run and 10” regulator run. Peoples Energy, Elwood Loop Project - Illinois Detailed engineering design and project management of a gas pipeline interconnecting multiple pipelines. The facilities included a 3 mile 36” pipeline, one measurement and regulator station, two regulator stations and related interconnect tie-in facilities. Scope of services consists of engineering design and drafting, materials and equipment specifications and construction management. NiSource, Erie Lackawanna Project - Indiana Detailed engineering design and project management of gas pipeline interconnecting two transmission pipelines. The facilities consisted of 7 miles of 30” pipeline along with the interconnection facilities to the two transmission pipelines. Southern Star, Sedalia Pipeline - Missouri A multi-year project to provide engineering design for 25 miles of pipeline replacement. United States Gypsum, Washingtonville Project - Pennsylvania Provided engineering design for the installation of 18 miles of 6” transmission pipeline to supply a new plant. The project scope also included the design of a new tap station along with a metering and regulating station at the plant. Peoples Energy, Des Plaines Greenland Project - Illinois Detailed engineering design and project management of a gas pipeline connecting a multi-unit gas turbine driven electric generating plant. Project also included approximately 6.5 miles of 12” pipe. Questar, Wamsutter Expansion Project - Wyoming Designed and provided material specifications and material lists for two new custody transfer meter stations and interconnects. The meter station consisted of a 36” diameter filter separator, (2) 12” ultrasonic meters, and a 16” flow control regulator with bypass. Nicor Gas, Water-knockout Vessel Project - Northern Illinois Provided all engineering design and specifications for the installation of a new wellhead separator for an injection/withdrawal well. All related auxiliary systems including orifice metering and fuel gas systems were included in the project. Questar, Wamsutter Expansion Project - Wyoming Designed and provided material specifications and material lists for two new custody transfer meter stations and interconnects. The meter station consisted a 36” diameter filter separator, 2-12” ultrasonic meters, and a 16” flow control regulator with bypass. Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Aquila-Harper Interconnect - Missouri Provided detailed design, material specifications, and material lists for a new custody transfer meter station and interconnect. The meter station consisted of a 12” ultrasonic meter, dual run 4”/6” regulator facility, and a 36” diameter filter separator. Southern Star, Line “G” Andover Receiver - Kansas Provided detailed design, material specification, and material lists for a new 20” pig receiver facility. Southern Star, Pittsburgh Pipe Replacement - Kansas Provided all engineering aspects for a multi-year pipeline replacement project encompassing 17 miles of 12” pipe and a custody transfer meter station. Kinder Morgan, Gulf Coast Mainline Regulators and District 302 Gulf Coast Regulators - Arkansas Designed and specified material for the installation of new mainline regulator facilities. This work, due to reclassification, included installation of new valves for regulation of pressures at a new MAOP. An additional project to install a new 30” and 36” valve, relocate an existing 30” and 36” valve, and install an additional regulator facility was also designed. Southern Star, Ozark Trails - Missouri Complete design of a new regulation facility including: 6” and 4” flow control regulators; all associated control equipment; and redesign of the discharge piping to accommodate the installation of a new gas aftercooler. Southern Star, Line “G” 12” Pipe Replacement - Kansas Provided analysis and design for the removal and replacement of 4,100’ of 20” pipeline with a 12” pipeline. Southern Star, Line “G” Wichita Crossover Launcher - Kansas Provide detailed design, material specification, and material lists for a new 20” pig launcher facility. Kinder Morgan, Gulf Coast Receiver/Valve Relocation - Arkansas Engineering design and material specification for new 30” mainline valve installation, including the relocation of existing 3-30” mainline valves and one pig receiver facility. Kinder Morgan, Amarillo #3-36” Pipe Replacement, Dist. 113- Texas Provided detailed design, material specifications, and material lists for the replacement of 7,000’ of 36” line. Kinder Morgan, Station 113 - 30” Crossover - Illinois Designed, including material specification and material lists, the installation of 400’ of 30” crossover piping within an existing compressor station. Southern Star, Riverton Pipeline Extension - Kansas Provide detailed design, material specifications and material lists for a 1 mile 16” pipeline and custody transfer meter station. The pipeline included 1,100’ of directional drilling and the meter station included regulation, ultrasonic meters and filter separator, and gas chromatograph. Kinder Morgan, Hydrotest - Midwest United States A multi-year contract to provide detailed engineering design for the hydrostatic testing. To date, over 18 projects have been completed encompassing over 365 miles of 10” through 42” mainline. Kinder Morgan, Howard St. Pigging #1 and #2 - Illinois Two projects to provide detailed design, material specification, and material lists for the installation of a 30” pig launcher, 36” pig launcher, and applicable receiver facilities. Kinder Morgan, Volo #1 Drip Replacement and Amarillo #3 Line Drip Replacement - Illinois Provide detailed design, material specification, and material lists on two projects for the removal of a 24” mainline drip, a 36” mainline drip, and the installation with new flushable design mainline drips. Dominion, Meter Station Audits - East Coast United States Provide engineering review of 5 custody transfer meter stations for code compliance and gas loss studies. The project included detailed report findings and recommendations. Kinder Morgan, Sta. 346 Filter Separator Installation and Tejas Pipeline Crockett to Goodrich Pipeline Expansion- Texas Provide design for the installation of a 60” filter separator at an existing compressor station and 24” launcher/receiver including mainline valve facilities. Kinder Morgan, Volo Line Higgins Rd. Relocation, Replace Two Segments on LA Line in Texas, and Replace and Hydro Segments on GC#3 Line in TX. - Illinois and Texas Performed 3 projects to provide detailed design, material specification, and material lists for the relocation of 1,900’ of 24” line, 3,657’ of 30” line, and 15,000’ of 36” line.
