BP, Milan to Wood River Pipeline Reactivation - Missouri & Illinois
Provided the project management, design, preparation of all construction documents, and construction coordination to convert and reactivate a 95 mile pipeline system from crude oil to refined products. The project included pipeline cleaning, hydrotesting, installation of a new 1,000 hp pump station, modifications to 4 terminals, and the upgrade of 4 custody meter facilities.
TEPPCO, P-35 Refined Products Pipeline Expansion Project - Indiana
Provided project management, detailed design, and preparation of material lists and construction documents for the rebuilding of a refined products terminal including: new manifold, replacement of tank lines, new 150,000 barrel floating roof tank with geodesic dome, retrofit of six existing external floating roof tanks with geodesic domes, and the addition of internal floating roofs to existing cone roof tanks.
Enbridge Energy Terminal Re-Design – Illinois
Re-design of an existing crude oil terminal to accommodate a new incoming 42” pipeline. The facilities included a 42” multiple pig launcher, relief systems, control valve, a new 42” central manifold, addition of 42” tank lines to existing tanks, and crude quality monitoring systems.
Enbridge Energy, Terminal Interconnection - Indiana
Designed and provided construction management to interconnect two 36” crude lines between two terminals. The work included hydraulic analysis of the new pipelines and terminal, connection of the pipelines to two manifolds, modifications to the existing central manifolds, addition of two new headers, interconnection to a third party pipeline, and the addition of a vertical can booster pump. Total footage was 1.5 miles.
Enbridge Energy, Line 64 Station Interconnect - Indiana
Provided all engineering design for the interconnection of a transmission line to a terminal. The facilities included 1,800 feet of 24” pipeline, a receiver, gravitometer, ultrasonic line balance meter, control valve, relief system, interconnections to the tank manifold, and modifications to the manifold.
Enbridge Energy Pump Station – Illinois
Provided project management, detailed design, preparation of material lists, and construction documentation for a terminal origin 18,000 hp pump station, multiple pig launcher, and ultrasonic mainline metering.
AuxSable, Propane Terminal Connection - Illinois
Designed the interconnection between a pipeline terminal and connecting carrier. The project included two miles of new 6” pipeline, conversion of 35 miles of pipeline from natural gas to propane, design of a 4” custody meter facility on each end of the pipeline, the interconnection of the two pipelines, and the connections to the manifolds and propane caverns.
TEPPCO, P-35 Refined Products Pipeline Expansion Project Phase II - Indiana
Design and preparation of material lists and construction documents for a new refined products 3,500 hp pump station.
TEPPCO, P-35 Refined Products Pipeline Expansion Metering Project - Indiana
Project management and engineering design including preparation of material lists and construction documents for the three new custody transfer metering facilities.
AuxSable, Propane Terminal Interconnect Modifications - Illinois
Design-build project for the modification of two pipeline connections at each of two propane terminal manifolds. Included was the installation of two pig launchers, one pig receiver, and modifications to the station piping.
Wolverine, Pipeline Terminal Metering System - Indiana
Project management, detailed design, preparation of material lists and construction documentation for a 10” custody transfer products meter facility and modifications to the terminal manifold system.
BP Pipelines, Line Lowering - Iowa & Indiana
Two projects to design, including all project management, to lower multiple pipeline locations. Lowering was required to prevent thirdparty damage in existing agriculture areas.

Provided project management, detailed design, preparation of material lists, and construction documentation for the relocation of pipelines ranging from 6” to 20” throughout the company’s pipeline system for public improvements.

Buckeye Pipeline, As-builting - Ohio
As-built various pipeline stations and terminals. Scope of the services performed consisted of field survey of the stations, physical measurements of all piping and equipment, updating and redrawing the station drawings to meet the current company drafting standards.
