CenterPoint Energy, North Louisiana Expansion - Texas & Louisiana
The scope of this 3 phase project included project management, detailed design, automation services, and preparation of material lists and construction documents for: two new compressor stations, each consisting of a 10,000 horsepower gas turbine driven centrifugal compressor unit; and the addition of one 15,000 horsepower gas turbine centrifugal compressor unit at another station.
AGL Resources, HRX Compression Project – Virginia
Provided flow modeling for 180 miles of high pressure gas transmission line, and provided detailed design, construction documentation, and material procurement for two new compressor stations. Each compressor station consists of 1-10,000 hp electric motor driven centrifugal compressor unit and associated ancillary systems.
Northern Border Pipeline, Compressor Station Expansion Project - Iowa
Detailed design, project management, and preparation of material lists and construction documents were provided for a new mainline compressor station. The unit was a 16,000 hp electric motor VFD centrifugal compressor package.
Dominion Transmission, Mockingbird Hill Compressor Sta. and Quantico Compressor Sta. – West Virginia and Virginia
Provided the project management, detailed design, and preparation of material lists and construction documents on two projects for the installation of two new compressor stations. One has a 5,000 hp gas turbine driven centrifugal compressor and the other a 6,000 hp gas turbine driven centrifugal compressor.
Texas Gas Transmission, Haughton Compressor Station Expansion - Louisiana
This project involved project management, detailed design, and preparation of material lists and construction documents for the installation of a 6,000 hp gas turbine driven centrifugal compressor addition at an existing station.
Kinder Morgan/NGPL, Expand Station 206 - Illinois
Provided project management, detailed design, construction documents, bills of material, and material/equipment specifications for the installation of a separable, two stage, 4,700 bhp engine/reciprocating compressor package and gas cooling. This unit, used for injection and withdrawal, replaced two existing engines at a storage field.
Southern Star, Ozark Trails-Grabham Compressor Station Expansion - Kansas
The station expansion encompassed the design of 4 new regulation facilities. This included 8", 6", and 4" flow control regulators along with the associated control equipment. This project also involved the design and installation of new high pressure discharge bottles on a Cooper GMVH reciprocating compressor, a new high pressure aftercooler, and a new discharge header to supply a separate gas source.
Southern Star, Ozark Trails - Kansas
Provided preliminary engineering services to analyze improvements necessary to increase throughput and reduce pressure drop of two compressor stations and prepare related cost estimates. This included analyzing compressor HP and auxiliary systems to ensure that system requirements would be met.
Nicor Gas, Troy Grove Storage Facility Addition - Illinois
An expansion of an existing station involving the design and project management for the installation of a 15,000 hp gas turbine driven centrifugal compressor addition.
Kinder Morgan / Horizon Pipeline, Horizon CS No. 1 - Illinois
Provided project management, engineering design, construction documents, material procurement, and construction inspection for the installation of a 9,000 hp gas turbine driven centrifugal compressor addition.
Nicor Gas, Storage Projects - Northern Illinois
Performed all design aspects for the installation of a new compressor inlet filter and exhaust in one of the company's storage field stations. This also involved the modification of an existing air filter system.
Ozark Gas Transmission, East End Expansion Project - Arkansas & Missouri
Provided project management, FERC resource reports, detailed design, construction documents and procurement for three new compressor stations. Each compressor station consists of 2-10,000 hp electric motor driven centrifugal compressor units and the associated ancillary systems.
