We became EN Engineering on January 1, 2002 through a combination of the Energy division of Epstein, an architecture and engineering firm and the Engineering and Technology groups of Nicor Gas. The Energy division of Epstein was formed in 1998 when managers and engineers from Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America became part of Epstein. Clearview Capital acquired EN Engineering in April, 2009. The management of EN Engineering also acquired a significant ownership position in the company at that time. Clearview Capital, located in Greenwich, Connecticut is committed to the growth of EN Engineering through the expansion of its current business and through targeted acquisitions. Our managers, engineers and designers have a depth of design and operating experience that is second to none. We are a unique collection of professionals who have operated what we have designed and built. We have significant experience in gas transmission, oil and other liquid pipeline systems, gas distribution services, corrosion control design, metallurgy and pipeline integrity.
