Design, programming and field testing on various control system and automation projects.

 

GAS CONTROL SYSTEM UPGRADE

Designed  and implemented Intellution  Ifix SCADA software to replace Hewlett-Packard 1000 mainframe computer.  Maintained old strategies and developed new strategies for data collection and disbursement.

 

NICOR TROY GROVE STATION

Completed electrical installation of Allison compressor including end device and control panel.

 

NICOR ANCONA STATION

Designed automatic oil fill system for enterprise compressor units.  Controls included On/Off, Auto/Manual and High/Low shutdowns.

 

NICOR STORAGE FIELDS

Designed and implemented Intellution SCADA systems.  Laid out architecture for all field  I/O specifications and hardware installations.  Implemented various protocol structures allowing for communications to field devices.

 

AMARILLO UPGRADE

Install additional 11,000 HP and 16,000 HP compressor facilities, install 58 miles of 36” pipe, automate a compressor station and remove 15 miles of pipe.

 

CROSSROADS

Install 7.2 miles of 20” pipe, dual 10” meter/regulator facilities, 3,000 HP electric drive compressor for NIPSCO.

 

TRAILBLAZER

Install 5,000 HP electric drive centrifugal compressor station.

 

TEXAS SYSTEM

Install additional terminal tankage and related manifold modifications.

 

CUSHING LEMONT

Conversion of 12” pipeline from crude oil to refined products, including hydrotesting, smart pigging, cleaning, drying, pig launchers and receiver, metering and SCADA.
